ABOUT THE TIKI BOAT
Congamond Tiki Boat is a roomy boat with enough seating for passengers up to 10 people – there’s even enough room to dance. Your ‘private party’ will be provided with a licensed Captain. Please feel free to bring anything you need to make your Tiki experience something you’ll never forget. Some suggestions would be drinks, snacks, bathing suits, towels, etc.
ONBOARD CONGAMOND TIKI BOAT
Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your cruise departure time in order to allow appropriate time for boarding. You will report directly to the dock with your online ticket, simply show the captain your phone or printed voucher. Congamond Tiki Tours is docked at 101 Point Grove Road , Southwick, MA at Prime Steak House Restaurant.
Congamond Tiki Tours Boat was custom built for partying through the waters of Lake Congamond. There's no other Tiki Boat like this in the area it is truly unique.
Individual tickets
$30 each weekdays
$40 each for weekends and Holidays.
Tickets will be available online up to
two days in advance of the date.
Private party cruise are available
$300 for weekday - 1 hour private tour
$400 for weekend / holiday - 1 hour private tour
Tickets will be sold online only.
Tours are available anytime from 11 am to 8 pm .
All tours are for 60 minute period.
Longer rentals are available.

Do you operate in the rain?
WE DO OPERATE IN LIGHT RAIN AS THE TIKI BOATS ARE COVERED. HOWEVER, THE CAPTAIN CAN DECIDE AT ANYTIME TO CANCEL DUE TO CONDITIONS.
What time should we arrive?
PLEASE PLAN TO BE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR TOUR! PARKING CAN BE DIFFICULT ON THE WEEKENDS, SO PLEASE LEAVE AMPLE TIME FOR YOUR PARTY TO FIND PARKING AND MAKE IT DOWN TO THE DOCK FOR DISEMBARKMENT. WE WILL NOT WAIT IF YOU ARE LATE.
What is the Behavioral Code of Conduct?
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR STAYING UNDER CONTROL AND ABIDING BY OUR BEHAVIORAL AGREEMENT. IF THE CAPTAIN DETERMINES YOUR BEHAVIOR IS INAPPROPRIATE YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TOUR WITHOUT REFUND AND APPROPRIATE MEASURES WILL BE TAKEN.
Can I pay the day of?
WE REQUIRE ALL RESERVATIONS BE PRE-BOOK ONLINE.
What if our tour is cancelled because of inclement weather?
IF CONGAMOND TIKI TOURS HAS TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR ANY OTHER REASON, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE OR RECEIVE A REFUND. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS ARE DETERMINED ONLY BY CONGAMOND TIKI TOURS. WEATHER MUST BE INCLEMENT AT OUR LOCATION AT YOUR SPECIFIC SCHEDULED TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING OUR POLICY.
What is the cancellation policy?
CANCELLATIONS WITH 72 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE WILL RESULT IN NO CHARGE. CANCELING YOUR RESERVATION AFTER THE 72 HOUR WINDOW IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS TIKI TOURS HAS TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS INCLUDES ARRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, ARRIVING LATE, NO SHOWS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES OR PERSONAL MISHAP

WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FOOD OR DRINK, HOWEVER, YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN AND USE THE PROVIDED COOLER, CUPS AND ICE ONBOARD THE BOAT.
Can we go Swimming?
YES, SWIMMING IS ALLOWED
Are Children Allowed?
YES! WE HAVE LIFE PRESERVERS FOR 50LBS AND UP (FOR UP TO 3 CHILDREN). IF THE CHILD IS 50LBS OR LESS YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN LIFE PRESERVER FOR THEM.
